This Privacy Policy explains how Intentional Equity, LLC ("Intentional Equity," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website, intentional-equity.com (the "Site"). It does not apply to information we receive in the course of a client engagement, which is governed by the agreement for that engagement.
Information we collect
The Site is a static informational website. It does not include contact forms, user accounts, advertising, or analytics tools, and we do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
- Information you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organization, and the details of your inquiry.
- Hosting logs. The Site is hosted by GitHub Pages. When you visit, GitHub logs and stores your IP address for security purposes, as described in the GitHub Privacy Statement. We do not receive or use this information.
The fonts used on the Site are stored on the Site itself, so loading them does not send information about your visit to a third-party font service.
How we use information
We use information you send us to respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations, evaluate a potential engagement, and maintain a record of our business communications. We do not use it for advertising.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only:
- with service providers that support our business operations, such as our email provider, which process information on our behalf;
- when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process; or
- when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Intentional Equity or others.
Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above or as required for legal, tax, or recordkeeping purposes.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, medical information, or confidential employee records, through general email inquiries.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us by emailing hello [at] intentional-equity.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to retain certain information for legal or recordkeeping purposes.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other websites
The Site may link to websites operated by others. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
